Return/Refund Policy

At The Kandle Kart, each candle is hand-poured with care and inspected before leaving our studio. Because of the nature of our products, we have a strict return and refund policy to ensure fairness and quality.

Return & Exchanges

  • Used/Burned Candles: We do not accept returns on candles that have been lit, burned, or otherwise used.

  • Defective Items: Returns or refunds will only be accepted if there is a manufacturing defect in the sticker, lid, or jar at the time of delivery.

  • Unsatisfied with Scent: If you are not satisfied with the fragrance of your candle, you may return it as long as it is unused and unlit. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds & Replacement

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective (jar cracks, loose lid, or significant label defects), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • Approved cases may be eligible for a replacement or a refund (excluding original shipping fees).

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is processed and the candle is received back in unused condition.

How to Request a Return/Refund

  1. Email us at thekandlekart@gmail.com with your Name, Phone number, Email address, Order Number and details of the issue. Please provide pictures if applicable.

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-5 business days.

  3. If approved, we’ll provide further instructions for shipping the candle back (at your cost, unless defective)
